Cassie is a dance educator and choreographer with a lifelong passion for performance. She is also the Assistant to the Finance Director at the Stadium Theatre. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance from Rhode Island College, where she appeared in productions such as Pippin, Fame, and Urinetown, in which she served as dance captain.
Cassie began dancing at just two years old and discovered her love of teaching early, assisting classes at age thirteen. She officially began teaching at a performing arts school in 2013 directly after college and has continued to inspire young performers through her work at Kats Dance Centre.
Her professional training includes studying with many respected dance teachers and choreographers, including Julia Frederick of the Albano Ballet. Cassie has performed with notable ballet companies such as Albano Ballet, Orland Ballet, and Connecticut Concert Ballet. She also toured across the country as a featured dancer with Dance Olympus and Dance America, assisting choreographers at national conventions.
