Description:
The Stadium Theatre Performing Arts Centre & Conservatory is seeking energetic, creative Performing Artists and Technicians, specializing in directing, choreographing, stage managing, and design to become part of our Production Team for our 2025-2026 Theatrical Season. We produce between 8-10 full scale shows per season. Each production’s schedule runs between 8-13 weeks. Positions are filled on a rolling basis.
Responsibilities:
· Attending all production meetings.
· Submit schedules, reports, and support material, relevant to your position, on time and follows the guidelines and expectations outlined by the Artistic Director.
· All members of the production team are expected to be in attendance during the entire production hired for.
· Provide excellent leadership, mentorship and guidance for all participants in the production.
· Nurture positive relationships with all actors, musicians, technicians and Stadium staff.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s, Bachelors of Fine Arts degree is preferred or equivalent life experience.
· Expertise in the performing arts.
· Ability to collaborate with colleagues.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Positivity, enthusiasm, flexibility and a sense of humor is a must!
Conservatory Programs:
Now Hiring: Fall 2025 Conservatory Teaching Artists
The Stadium Theatre Conservatory is seeking passionate and dynamic Teaching Artists to lead some of our exciting youth theatre programs this Fall 2025. These positions offer the chance to work with aspiring young performers and help them build confidence, creativity, and collaboration skills while preparing for fully staged finales.
We are currently hiring for the following Teaching Artist roles:
Theatre Tikes – Ages 4–6
Intro to Musical Theatre I– Ages 7–9
Intro to Musical Theatre II (Music Director) – Ages 10–12
Teaching Artist – Theatre Tikes (Ages 4–6)
Introduce our youngest performers to theatre through imaginative play, movement, storytelling, and music in a playful, supportive setting.
- Schedule: Saturdays, September 13 – November 15
- Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Finale Performance: Saturday, November 15 (The Snowy Day)

- Lead weekly classes with age-appropriate content
- Submit lesson plans and rehearsal schedules
- Guide students in a short recital performance
- Create an inclusive, nurturing environment
Qualifications:
- Degree in Theatre, Early Childhood Education, or related field
- Experience teaching ages 4–6
- Theatre and creative play background
- Enthusiastic, organized, and patient
Teaching Artist– Intro to Musical Theatre I (Ages 7–9)
Guide young performers through their first musical theatre experience, helping them build vocal, character, and ensemble performance skills.
- Schedule: Saturdays, September 6 – November 8
- Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Extended Class: Saturday, November 8 (10 AM – 3 PM)
- Finale/Tech: Monday, November 10 (Flakes! A Blizzard of Fun)
- Music Director: Andrew Pariseau
Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly classes with age-appropriate content
- Submit lesson plans and rehearsal schedules
- Guide students in a short recital performance
- Create an inclusive, nurturing environment
Qualifications:
- Degree in Theatre, Early Childhood Education, or related field
- Experience teaching ages 7–9
- Theatre and creative play background
- Enthusiastic, organized, and patient
Music Director – Intro to Musical Theatre II (Ages 10–12)
Help intermediate-level performers deepen their musical theatre skills as they take on Jingle Bell Jukebox… The Flip Side! a high-energy 1950s-inspired holiday musical.
- Schedule: Saturdays, September 6 – November 8
- Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Extended Class: Saturday, November 8 (10 AM – 3 PM)
- Tech/Finale: Tuesday, November 11
- Teaching Artist (Director): Molly Berard
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Music Director, teaching group and solo vocal parts
- Lead rehearsals, warmups, and support performance preparation
- Collaborate with the instructor/director
- Help students connect vocally with character development and storytelling
Qualifications:
- Background in music direction, vocal performance, and youth theatre
- Piano skills and music reading preferred
- Experience working with children ages 10–12
- Ability to manage and support intermediate-level vocal ensembles
