The Stadium Theatre Performing Arts Centre and Conservatory is thrilled to launch our very first Makers Market 2026, a fundraiser for the arts that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and community. Through this event, our performing arts center is proud to support and uplift local artists by providing a vibrant platform to showcase your work and engage with a diverse audience of potential customers.

We are now accepting applications from artisans to showcase their handmade, original work in a wide range of mediums.

This is a curated event. Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be selected to participate. Acceptance emails will begin going out in mid-May for our November 14th event and will continue on a rolling basis until all spaces are filled. Registration fees include both the booth fee and a raffle/prize donation to the Stadium Theatre.

Vendor setup begins at 9 AM, breakdown begins at 4 PM

This is an indoor event that will be held rain or shine.

Marketing

Each vendor’s logo will be featured on the Stadium Theatre website, email blasts, the Stadium's social media pages, and posters. All accepted artists will be asked to share the event date across their social media platforms—your support helps us bring the magic to life.

Provided

6 ft Table, black linens (if needed), 2 chairs

Fee

6ft x 6ft booth space: $50
Fee will be required a month after application is accepted, otherwise your spot may be forfeited.

Raffle/Prize Donation

All vendors must donate an item for game prizes at the market. Donation received by Friday, November 6th would be greatly appreciated! Suggested donation price: 2+ items valued at $30-$40 total (ie: 2 $15 items, 3 $10 items, etc.)

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

  • All vendors must have a valid RI Retail Sales Permit (if you need one, apply here in advance of event). All food/beverage vendors must supply a Certificate of Insurance and a valid license from the RI Department of Health.
  • All work must be one-of-a-kind original fine art or handmade craft that is created by the vending artist.
  • Artists must exhibit and be present with their work for the duration of the show. No dealers and agents.
  • Artists may only show work that was listed in their application and approved by the Jury.
  • No buy/sell or mass-produced items allowed in any medium.
  • No do-it-yourself kits.
  • No booth sharing or subletting.
  • All displays must fit on a 6ft table space. Any additional display items (ie: backdrops, shelves) must be approved and must not encroach on neighboring vendors or walkways.
  • Signage should be tasteful and minimal.
  • Show management reserves the right to decline or expel any vendor or display that is not consistent with the character of the event.
  • Booth locations cannot be moved.
  • Booths must remain open until 4 PM

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals. Booth fees cannot be transferred to future Markets or to other vendors.

GENERAL RELEASE AND ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

I, the applicant, do expressly release the Stadium Theatre Performing Arts Centre and Conservatory, its officers, directors, members and all volunteers directly associated with Stadium Theatre from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person, property or goods which may arise from participation in the Stadium Theatre Maker’s Market.

If this application is accepted, I give permission to use my name, business name, images submitted, and any photographers or videotape taken at the show of me or my items for advertising and/or publicity purposes. Further, I give permission to publish my name, business name, website, and social media pages on the Stadium Theatre Performing Arts Centre website.

I make this application in good faith and am ready, willing and able to participate in Stadium Theatre’s Makers Market upon acceptance. I understand that acceptance into the event through written notification, including email communication, implies a contract with all the duties, fees and obligations incumbent therein.
