Aurora Dube is a theatre educator, performer, and director with nearly 20 years of stage experience and 14 years of classical vocal training. She is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Education at Mississippi University for Women, where she studies under Michael LaFluer. Aurora serves as a Paraeducator and Theatre Instructor at Bellingham High School and has also worked with Theatre By the Sea, A Class Act NY, and Ocean State Theatre Company. Her performance credits include Carrie: The Musical, Beauty & the Beast, and Grease, and she has appeared as a performer at LEGOLAND Florida. Among her proudest accomplishments are performing in a workshop production of a new musical by Bobby Cronin in New York City, portraying Belle in an Off-Broadway production of Beauty & the Beast, and writing and directing an original play for Contemporary Theatre Company's New Work Festival. She is a multiple-time award winner of RI Chapter of the National Association of Teachers of Singing.
