Shooting Star is an Authentic and Premier tribute to Bad Company, one of the 70’s/80’s/90’s greatest Rock-n-Roll bands and recent Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee (2025)! Shooting Star performs Bad Company’s many chart-topping hits from 1973-82, Top-10 hits from Paul Rodgers other ventures (Free & The Firm) and songs from Bad Company’s late 80’s/early 90’s albums that reached Top-10 status with Brian Howe as the lead singer. This extensive song list of 28+ top hits allows the band to captivate audiences from start to finish with one hit after another!
The pedigree of the musicians in Shooting Star is quite extensive as each of the 5-professional band members have a widespread history of playing with regional and national tribute acts for 20+ years each and all share a love for Bad Company and their hard driving Rock-n-Roll music!

Shooting Star takes it one step further than most other tribute acts as they add a slide-show of Bad Company pictures (150+) rotating thru the years for people to enjoy prior to the concert. At the start of the show, they play a professionally produced 15-minute video of interviews with Bad Company band members and short bits of live concert footage of many of their popular songs…the previous is designed to get the crowd into a pre-concert fervor!

Shooting Star prides itself on delivering the studio versions of Bad Company’s songs and bringing them to a LIVE, in-concert show featuring their top hits beginning with their #1 self-titled debut album in 1974 (Bad Company) to Straight Shooter (75), Run With The Pack (76), Burnin’ Sky (77), Desolation Angels (79), Rough Diamonds (82), Holy Water (90) and Here Comes Trouble (92). Shooting Star also plays Top-10 hits from Paul Rodgers other ventures (Free-All Right Now-early 70’s) and The Firm (two albums released in ’85 & ’86).
