- Multi-Week Courses
Ages 9-13
Registration for winter education will be open on Friday, October 23rd at 9 AM.
Ready to take your acting skills to the next level? This engaging continuation of Acting I challenges young performers to dive deeper into the craft of acting and develop greater confidence, creativity, and control on stage.
Building on the foundational skills introduced in Acting I, students will explore more advanced character development, scene work, script analysis, and performance techniques. Through age appropriate scenes, monologues, improvisation, and guided exercises, students will learn to make more specific and layered character choices, strengthen their relationships with scene partners, and respond authentically in performance.
Students will be encouraged to take greater creative risks while developing a deeper understanding of character motivation, subtext, emotional connection, physical storytelling, and vocal expression. Through rehearsal and performance, they’ll gain the tools to approach scenes with greater independence, depth, and authenticity.
Acting II is designed for students who have completed Acting I or have previous acting experience and are ready for a new challenge, but not required.
