This is a musical theatre course designed to teach young artists about all aspects of staging a musical theatre production, from developing characters and learning blocking to performing songs and executing choreography. Students will also learn the importance of collaboration and cooperation when working as members of an ensemble. This class will culminate in a Finale of The Littlest Christmas Tree.

Show Title: The Littlest Christmas Tree

That special day at the North Pole Christmas Tree lot has arrived when Santa will be stopping by to pick out his very own tree. Who will be Santa's tree this year? This Christmas musical of seven original songs and script is simple but memorable, teaching a positive lesson about love and acceptance.

When are Intro to Musical Theatre I classes?

12 Classes:
Saturdays, September 7th – November 9th from 10 AM – 12 PM
Class on Saturday November 9th will run from 10 AM- 3 PM. Students will need lunch on this day.

There will be a Technical Rehearsal followed by a Finale on Monday, November 11th

What does the Intro to Musical Theatre I class cost?

Tuition is $260 (Full tuition is due at registration.)
