Facilities Director: Full-Time Position
Reports to: Project & Technical Director
Position Summary:
This individual is responsible for managing and directing new and or renovation construction projects, including but not limited to; obtaining and reviewing plans and RFP’s, negotiate contracts, hire and manage contractors and the respective budgets. Interpret and apply all applicable laws, building codes and regulations while ensuring projects are being completed in the contracted time frame.
This position is responsible for the overall care and maintenance of the Theatre and Conservatory while ensuring all safety and compliance policies are being met.
Responsible for the security of the Theatre and Conservatory campus, monitoring cameras, managing key and alarm code distribution as well as passcodes for the internet, phones and computers for staff, volunteers and vendors. Serve as an on-call contact for after-hours facility emergencies and alarm responses.
This position is responsible for managing the Information Technology of the Theatre and Conservatory through the third party vendor. Manage the internet service provider, phone system and wireless network.
May be needed for load in and move out of concerts on weekends.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Order all campus supplies and receive all deliveries
- Communicate cleaning schedule with cleaning company
- Keep grounds clean from debris and manage snow removal
- Arrange tables in Marquee room as needed
- Paint as needed
- Maintain all lighting including emergency lighting
- Maintains HVAC unit and boiler maintenance
- Reviews quarterly fire inspection reports and comply
- Maintain and repair carpet, upholstery, duct, chandelier, stage curtain and seat cleaning.
- Schedule painting and plastering and as needed
- Plan and administer building department budget.
- Additional duties not in job description may be required.
Training and Qualifications: This position requires knowledge in construction, electrical, and plumbing. Candidate must be able to lift 50lbs and not be afraid of heights. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook as well as Internet skills. Must be personable, organized and pay attention to details.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Experience:
- Building Management: 5 years (preferred)
- General Maintenance: 3-5 years
- Construction/Electric/Plumbing Experience: 3 years (preferred)
Education: Associates degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience considered.
Schedule: Flexibility Needed
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Theatrical Main Stage Productions:
Description:
The Stadium Theatre Performing Arts Centre & Conservatory is seeking energetic, creative Performing Artists and Technicians, specializing in directing, choreographing, stage managing, and design to become part of our Production Team for our 2026-2027 Theatrical Season. We produce between 8-10 full scale shows per season. Each production’s schedule runs between 8-13 weeks. Positions are filled on a rolling basis.
Responsibilities:
· Attending all production meetings.
· Submit schedules, reports, and support material, relevant to your position, on time and follows the guidelines and expectations outlined by the Theatrical Producer.
· All members of the production team are expected to be in attendance during the entire production hired for.
· Provide excellent leadership, mentorship and guidance for all participants in the production.
· Nurture positive relationships with all actors, musicians, technicians and Stadium staff.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s, Bachelors of Fine Arts degree is preferred or equivalent life experience.
· Expertise in the performing arts.
· Ability to collaborate with colleagues.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Positivity, enthusiasm, flexibility and a sense of humor is a must!
