Theatre Production Positions:

Description:
The Stadium Theatre Performing Arts Centre & Conservatory is seeking energetic, creative Performing Artists and Technicians, specializing in directing, choreographing, stage managing, and design to become part of our Production Team for our 2022-2023 Theatrical Season. We produce between 8-10 full scale shows per season. Each production’s schedule runs between 8-13 weeks. Positions are filled on a rolling basis.

Responsibilities:
· Attending all production meetings.
· Submit schedules, reports, and support material, relevant to your position, on time and follows the guidelines and expectations outlined by the Theatrical Producer.
· All members of the production team are expected to be in attendance during the entire production hired for.
· Provide excellent leadership, mentorship and guidance for all participants in the production.
· Nurture positive relationships with all actors, musicians, technicians and Stadium staff.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s, Bachelors of Fine Arts degree is preferred or equivalent life experience.
· Expertise in the performing arts.
· Ability to collaborate with colleagues.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Positivity, enthusiasm, flexibility and a sense of humor is a must!

Teaching Artist Positions:

Description:
The Stadium Theatre Conservatory’s Education Department is seeking energetic, creative Teaching Artists, specializing in a variety of disciplines, including theatre arts, music, dance and technical theatre, to assist in the expansion of our Conservatory Program. Conservatory classes are offered year-round in three 10-12 week sessions. Positions are filled on a rolling basis. Teaching Artists are responsible to develop curriculum that follows the guidelines and expectations outlined by the Education Director.

· Attending Stadium’s Teaching Artist Training, annual open house and all faculty meetings.
· Submit lesson plans based on the curriculum created by the Education Director.
· All teaching artists are expected to be in attendance during the entire session hired for.
· Provide excellent leadership, mentorship and guidance for all participants in the program.
· Nurture positive relationships with all students, parents, and Stadium staff.

Qualifications:
· Bachelors or Bachelors of Fine Arts degree required, Masters or Masters of Fine Arts preferred, Theatre Education is preferred.
· Teaching experience and the ability to creatively work with youth.
· Expertise in the performing arts.
· Ability to collaborate with colleagues.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Conservatory Dates 2022:
Winter Session: Monday, January 3 – April 16, 2022
Spring Session: Monday, April 4 – June 22, 2022
Open House: Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 10 AM – 12 PM
Fall Session: Saturday, September 10 – Thursday, December 1, 2022

Teaching Artist 2022 School Vacation Programs:

Description:
The Stadium Theatre Conservatory’s Education Department is seeking energetic, creative Teaching Artists to be a part of our 2022 school vacation programs. The Stadium Theatre Conservatory is host to winter and spring week-long intensives as well as 3 two- week summer sessions. All programs culminate in a finale for friends and family. Each program consists of classes in acting, dance and vocal performance where students build skills for the stage. Students gain practical experience taking part of a fully realized mini musical theatrical production. Our week-long theatre programs are held during the February and April school vacation weeks and Summer Stage is held throughout the months of July and August. All programs run from 9 AM-4 PM. Teaching Artists are responsible to follow the curriculum created by the Education Director.

· Provide excellent leadership, mentorship and guidance for all participants in the program.
· Nurture positive relationships with all students, parents, and Stadium staff.
