A Message from the Executive Director and CEO, Cathy Levesque

One’s quality of life plays an integral role in ones happiness.  We at the Stadium Theatre are doing our part to help individuals attain that goal. What better way to enhance the quality of lives than to include participation in our programming. The Theatre offers a broad spectrum of educational programming designed to give children and adults the opportunity to develop an appreciation for the arts.  Programs include our ‘Summer and February Vacation Theatre Kamp,’  ‘Theatre Workshops’ and our newest endeavor our ‘Young Actors Academy’.

The National Endowment for the Arts conducted a study and found:  ‘Children who participate in the arts are more likely to receive their high school diploma and receive a Bachelors degree or higher. Individuals who attend or participate in live arts performances are more likely to vote and become above average community activists’.  Certainly these are the kind of civic-minded individuals we wish to have living in our community!

In addition to professional world class programming the Stadium has become a hub for various community theatre groups. Local artists have ample opportunity to perfect their crafts and show off their hidden talents. We take pride in bringing diverse groups together which inevitably enhances lives through cultural exposure.

As we grow the Stadium will continue to be a community gathering place. With your ongoing support we will continue to enhance the quality of life for all those who participate in our educational programs, perform on our stage, take part in our volunteer program or attend any one of our outstanding performances.

I look forward to seeing you at the Stadium!
