Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde - Silent Movie with the Wurlitzer Organ

John Barrymore stars in this classic rendition of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde from 1920

Ask anyone who's attended one of the last two silent movies! They'll tell you THEY LOVED IT!

Check out how much fun people had at last year's silent movie with the Wurlitzer Organ - "Nosferatu"

Doctor Henry Jekyll's enthusiasm for science and his selfless acts of service have made him a much-admired man. When Dr. Jekyll becomes fascinated with the two contrasting sides of human nature, he becomes obsessed with the idea of separating them. After extensive work in his laboratory, he devises a formula that does indeed allow him to alternate between two completely different personalities… he tests the formula on himself, and unknowingly releases a murderer from within.

Enjoy this classic silent film just as patrons would have in the 1920’s, as it will be accompanied by the Stadium’s mighty Wurlitzer Organ! Juan Cardona (who accompanied the 1926 silent classic “Phantom of the Opera” in 2010 and the 1928 classic Nosferatu The Vampire in 2011) returns again to the Stadium Theatre to present Nosferatu, the original Dracula adaptation for the silver screen.

Don’t miss out on the fun! Juan encourages the audience to boo and hiss at villains while cheering and applauding heroes! Trust us when we say that this event will be one you will never forget and thoroughly enjoy. It’s a great outing for the whole family and the perfect Halloween activity.
